We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect. Our designers check every logo upload before we print. If your file is likely to print pixelated or unclear, we’ll hold your order and get in touch. We don't charge ahead and print.
Unfortunately, as you approve your preview before ordering, we cannot accept a return if you’ve made an error in the customisation process, selected the wrong product or simply changed your mind.

Yes, small batches are welcome. There's no minimum on custom makeup bags, so ten for a bridal party or a few hundred for a PR launch are both fine. Every bag is branded in Sydney by our own team, and orders through the site are posted within two business days.
