Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Promoters

The Promoters of the Beysis x Luxury Escapes Phuket Giveaway ("Promotion") are:

  • Beysis Pty Ltd (ABN 81 601 218 179) of Warehouse W2-14, 42 Wattle Street, Ultimo in the State of New South Wales;
  • Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 16 150 650 927) of Level 4, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank in the State of Victoria; and
  • Soak Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 639 029 011) trading as Soak Bathhouse of Shop 20, 2532 – 2540 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach in the State of Queensland.

Collectively referred to as the "Promoters".

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 15 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding residents of South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory) aged 18 years and over ("Eligible Entrants").

Employees (and their Immediate Family) of the Promoters are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Immediate Family" means spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent, sibling and step-relations.

4. How to Enter

To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:

  1. (a) Complete the entry form available via the designated competition microsite;
  2. (b) Follow participating brands on Instagram: @beysisofficial, @luxuryescapes, @soakbathhouse;
  3. (c) Bonus entries may be earned by making a qualifying purchase at www.beysis.com using the same email address as used to enter the Promotion;
  4. (d) Additional entries may be obtained through optional viral sharing actions via the competition platform.

Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions. The Promoters' legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.

5. Prize

There is one (1) major prize ("Prize") consisting of:

  1. (a) Five (5) nights' accommodation for two (2) adults (with one (1) child aged 12 years and under staying free) at The Slate, Phuket, Thailand in an Indigo Studio, including daily buffet breakfast, a daily two-course lunch or dinner, a nightly cocktail per adult, one 60-minute massage per adult at Coqoon Spa, daily kids' club access, spa and wellness discounts, and a return private airport transfer, valued at up to AUD $6,390;
  2. (b) A return international flight credit valued at AUD $1,500 towards flights to and from Phuket;
  3. (c) A Soak Bathhouse gold membership for 12 months valued at AUD $3,500; and
  4. (d) A Beysis prize pack of personalised travel and lifestyle accessories valued at AUD $500

Total Prize Value: approximately AUD $11,890.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other goods or services, and is subject to the Prize Conditions set out below.

6. Prize Conditions

  1. (a) The accommodation package is valid for travel from 20 July 2026 until 31 October 2027 (with bookings to be made before 1 October 2027), subject to accommodation and flight availability, blackout dates and any applicable surcharges. If the accommodation described in clause 5(a) becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoters’ reasonable control, the Promoters may substitute accommodation of equal or greater value.
  2. (b) A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply to the accommodation component and is payable by the Prize Winner at the time of booking. Blackout dates may apply.
  3. (c) Redemption of the accommodation and flight components of the Prize must be coordinated directly with Luxury Escapes. The Promoters are not responsible for redemption delays, availability, or other issues once winner details are passed to Luxury Escapes.
  4. (d) Failure to redeem the Prize or any component thereof within the applicable validity period will result in forfeiture.
  5. (e) The Prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, additional meals or drinks (including alcoholic beverages), transport to/from the departure airport, passport or visa fees, travel accessories, or any incidentals.
  6. (f) The winner and their guests must arrange their own travel insurance and assume all responsibility for any health, safety, or travel requirements.
  7. (g) Redemption of the flight credit is subject to the terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes and the relevant airline. The Prize Winner and their guests are liable for any additional flight costs over and above the flight credit and any incidental accommodation or transfer costs due to travel connections to and from Phuket.
  8. (h) Any alterations or extensions to the Prize itinerary will be at the Prize Winner's expense. Additional costs not expressly stated as part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner, including transfers to the closest departure point, meals, visas, vaccinations and spending money.
  9. (i) The Prize Winner will be responsible for any tax liability (if applicable) arising from acceptance of the Prize. Entrants are encouraged to seek independent financial advice.
  10. (j) The Prize must be taken as offered. It is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  11. (k) As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner (and their guests) must sign any legal documentation reasonably required by the Promoters, Prize suppliers, or organisers including a release and indemnity form.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The Prize Winner will be drawn at random at 11:00am AEDT on 19 October 2026 at Warehouse W2-14, 42 Wattle Street, Ultimo NSW 2007. The Prize Winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Beysis Instagram account (@beysisofficial) and the Beysis website (www.beysis.com) within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the Prize is not claimed by 5:00pm AEDT on 26 October 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 27 October 2026 at the same place as the original draw, subject to State regulations. A winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be awarded the major prize at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Beysis Instagram account (@beysisofficial) and the Beysis website (www.beysis.com) within seven (7) days of the unclaimed prize draw.

8. Liability & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law:

  1. (a) The Promoters shall not be liable and the Prize Winner and their guests agree to indemnify the Promoters for any personal injury, loss, damage, expense or liability suffered by the Prize Winner or their guests including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss in connection with accepting or using any component of the Prize;
  2. (b) The Prize Winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Promoter against any claims arising from the failure of another Promoter to deliver any Prize component;
  3. (c) The Promoters make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, suitability or standard of any Prize components supplied by third parties;
  4. (d) The Prize Winner and their guests travel at their own risk and release the Promoters from liability relating to travel disruptions, injuries, illness or unforeseen events. It is their respective responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and necessary visa and travel documentation;
  5. (e) The Promoters are not responsible for or liable for inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
  6. (f) The Promoters are not liable for any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  7. (g) The Promoters are not liable for any unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion or any electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

9. Consent & Media

By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to:

  1. (a) The Promoters using their name, image, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation;
  2. (b) Participation in reasonable publicity activities at the request of the Promoters;
  3. (c) Providing photo or video content for use in the Promoters' social media and marketing communications; and
  4. (d) Receiving email marketing from each of the Promoters. In the event that an Eligible Entrant decides to opt out of receiving information on promotions, services and market research provided by a Promoter, they can unsubscribe at any time in accordance with each Promoter's respective subscription policy.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted by entrants will be collected, stored and used by the Promoters in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and for future marketing communications. Entry is conditional on provision of this information.

The Promoters may disclose personal information to third parties, including publications, agents, contractors, Prize suppliers and regulators. Entrants consent to such disclosures and acknowledge that some disclosures may occur outside Australia.

11. Intellectual Property

All entries become the property of the Promoters. By entering the Promotion, each entrant assigns all rights in their entry to the Promoters and consents to any act which may otherwise infringe their moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or any other social media platform (collectively, "Social Media Platforms").

By entering this Promotion, entrants:

  1. (a) acknowledge that any information provided is supplied to the Promoters and not to any Social Media Platform; and
  2. (b) release Social Media Platforms from all liability arising in connection with the Promotion.

13. General

  1. (a) The Promoters reserve the right, subject to State regulations, to modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion if circumstances arise beyond their reasonable control;
  2. (b) Any cost associated with accessing the competition platform is the entrant's responsibility;
  3. (c) The use of automated entry software is prohibited and will render entries invalid.

14. Dispute Resolution

  1. (a) The Promoters' decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to eligibility, the conduct of the Promotion, and the awarding of the Prize) is final.
  2. (b) No correspondence or discussion will be entered into with any entrant or other person in relation to any such decision.
  3. (c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to challenge or review the Promoters' decisions in any forum other than as expressly required by applicable legislation.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions supersede all other marketing representations, understandings or agreements (whether verbal or written) in relation to the Promotion and to the extent of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

17. Authority & Permit Numbers

This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW), and is authorised/registered under NSW Trade Promotion Authority No. [insert number]
