We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect. Our designers check every logo upload before we print. If your file is likely to print pixelated or unclear, we’ll hold your order and get in touch. We don't charge ahead and print.
Unfortunately, as you approve your preview before ordering, we cannot accept a return if you’ve made an error in the customisation process, selected the wrong product or simply changed your mind.

To open, press and hold the button at the end of the brass block to release the clasp. While pressing the button, slide the solid brass loop out of the housing. To close, push the loop back into place until you hear a secure click. You’re locked and loaded.
