We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect. Our designers check every logo upload before we print. If your file is likely to print pixelated or unclear, we’ll hold your order and get in touch. We don't charge ahead and print.
Unfortunately, as you approve your preview before ordering, we cannot accept a return if you’ve made an error in the customisation process, selected the wrong product or simply changed your mind.

Yes. Custom stubby holders have no minimum order, so a small business can order three for the owners, 30 for the crew, or anything in between. Every one is customised by our team in Sydney, and website orders are dispatched by the end of the second business day.

Within 2 business days of ordering on our website, your custom stubby holders will be customised in Sydney and on their way. Delivery time after that depends on your location and shipping choice, and you can pick express at checkout.
If they're for a Christmas party or end-of-year event, order at least a week ahead, because courier networks get busy in December. For more than 100 stubby holders, or a bespoke order, drop us a message on the chat in the page corner and a corporate consultant will estimate a lead time for you.
