Once you have selected your promotional product and colour, you will be prompted to upload your logo as a png file to our store.  Once it is uploaded, it will appear on the product preview. 

We have a designated print area that is shown as a rectangle on the product. We have set this print zone to ensure that the finished product is printed to the highest standard. You will need to drag your logo and resize it within the box until the box turns green.  If the box is red, this means the logo is not in the correct position.  If you get stuck, reach us on the chat and we can assist you. 

Upload your logo as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. That gives the cleanest result on our promotional products, because only your logo is printed, not a white or coloured box around it. Use the largest, highest-resolution version of the file you have.

Once uploaded, every file is checked by our design team before printing. If something won't reproduce well on your promo products, we'll contact you before anything goes ahead. If your logo currently sits on a background, see "How do I create a transparent background?" for a quick fix.

Upload the best version you have, and our design team will look at it before anything is printed. If it's too low-resolution or pixelated to print cleanly on your promotional products, we'll contact you first. We won't print something that doesn't do your brand justice.

Often the fix is simple. Your marketing team, designer or web developer may hold the original logo file, and brand guidelines usually include one. A logo copied from a website or email signature is rarely large enough for printing promo products. If your logo sits on a white or coloured box, you can remove the background yourself in a few minutes (see "How do I create a transparent background?").

The quickest way is in Canva. Upload your logo, select it, choose "Background Remover", then download it as a PNG with a transparent background at the highest resolution available. Upload that file to your Beysis order and your logo will sit cleanly on the product, with no box around it.

This step makes the biggest difference on promotional products in coloured finishes, where a background left in the file would show as a block around your logo. Before you upload, zoom in to check the edges are clean. Background Remover is a Canva Pro feature, so if you don't have Pro, ask whoever manages your brand files for a transparent PNG. Our design team reviews every file anyway and will get in touch if anything needs another pass.

Every logo is reviewed by a member of our design team before your order is printed. If the file is low-resolution or pixelated, we won't go ahead; we'll contact you first, explain what we've found and help you get a file that will print well.

This check is part of why our promotional products come out the way you expect. It costs nothing. When the file is right first go, it rarely adds any time at all. Once your artwork is approved, your promo products are customised in-house in Sydney, checked again before packing and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Very close, though we cannot guarantee identical in every detail. The online preview shows where your logo will sit and how large it will appear on the product. The printed result is matched to your digital file, but colours can look slightly different on a physical surface than they do on a screen.

That's because a screen displays colour as light, while a printed logo is ink on a coated or matte finish. Bright brand colours and very fine detail are where you're most likely to notice a difference. Our design team still reviews every order before printing, so if placement, size or file quality is likely to affect how your promotional products turn out, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Express corporate orders are customised in Sydney and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. That window covers our design team's artwork check, printing and quality control by three sets of hands, all done in-house. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location.

Fast dispatch is possible because our base stock is already sitting in our Sydney warehouse, and our own team does the printing. For corporate gifting with a fixed date, such as an onboarding day, conference or client event, allow courier time on top of dispatch. If your logo file needs fixing, the clock starts once the artwork is approved, so a clean, high-resolution file is the fastest route to your promotional products.
